A Guide to Candle Care

 

The First Burn

When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface, touching each side of the vessel. The first burn should be between 2-4 hours. This first step will prolong the life of your candle.

Trim Your wick

We recommend to trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting.

Keep The Wax Clean

Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, used matches and debris.

For Maxmium Fragrance Throw (Hot throw)

Keep the lid on your candle when not in use. We recommend storing in a dark, cool and dry place. This preserves the fragrance of the candle and keeps dust from collecting on top of your candle. Dust can be a fire hazard.

For Saftey and Fire Prevention:

• Burn candle within sight.
• Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Always burn on a level-surface.
• Do Not burn candle for more than 4 hours.
